I was offered a gov affordable house which its DLP has expired. And during examination of that unit, there are too much of defects like wall crack, leaking, empty tiles, rusted door and door frame, crooked wall etc. When enquire with lembaga perumahan , they say they will only ask the developer to rectify certain major defects (only 3 in the list, which is leaking, door alignment, and broken toilet bowl cover)... Is there any way I could get more of these defects rectified? Thousand thanks in advance.
