I would like to ask question on subsale. Here is what is happening. Seller / Buyer have engaged their own lawyers to perform the transaction. S&P was signed. After some weeks after S&P was signed, the buyer realized that the land title name has been changed to buyer's name after checking with https://ehasil.selangor.gov.my/.
However, the seller is yet to receive the full payment from the buyer's loan bank. Is it normal? I heard from some parties saying that, land department will just base on S&P to approve for name change, but the problem now is, the buyer's loan bank hasn't released the full payment yet, but the land title name has been changed.
