I would like to know what is my total upfront cash is need to prepay for the subsale that i do the markup to get the cash out. Assuming i am getting the price way below bank valuation. Do i need to prepay upfront 10% of the price in SPA, or just the 3% deposit, and the rest will be from bank? What about stamp duty and legal fee, lawyer will usually need me to pay upfront or i can wait till my lawyer get my cash out from seller's lawyer? Thank you very much in advanced.
