If there is no tenant agreement form signed. After one month, upon checking out, the landlord suddenly charged for me many items that she claims is dirty or damaged when I ask her back for the deposit. During that period, she has also rent the place out to others. Before checking out, I send her a video of the apartment which looks good and she said its all good but at that time i was rushing off to another country and forgot to take my deposit. Suddenly now after one month when I ask back -- she list all the problems. What should I do to get back my full deposit?
