i'm a foreigner and I placed a booking for a unit in Malacca last December. However my bank loan application f(from Malaysian bank) was rejected. i was told during sales launch that I could get a portion of the booking fee back if I produce the rejection letter. Till now, I've not heard from the bank or the sales staff. Which government body can I approach for help?
