I'm a sub tenant for 2 months. Main tenant & owner has not paid maintenance & water bill for 2 years! Owner ask management now to cut the water buy I'm still staying there. I know it now illegal to cut the basic for a home. Further more nanagement didn't do anything for 2 years. And I took the initiative to pay 250 for owner.
