I'm a tenant. before this I hardly go through directly with the owner , always with the agent. until this year, got some issue. I'm already paid renewal agreement together with the monthly rental to the agent, but he apparently did not transfer the money to the owner. now he MIA, still posting new listing. Scared people might get scammed by him
