Im currently renting a condo in Cheras and paying Rm1,200 rental, really love that house and planning to buy it. My question is, I earn about Rm5-6k per month, can i buy a house for Rm250k? I can afford Rm1,500 monthly for the house. By the way im 36 year old and self employed, no credit card debt, no other loans.. Thank you
