im in to buying a house under Skim Rumah Pertamaku, without 10% deposit. But the agent asked to pay secure deposit 3%. Do we need to pay a secure deposit before buying a house? isn't 3% is too high, as i know its either rm500-1000 only. kindly please clarify.tq
