In Malaysia,When signing a tenancy agreement, be it for a private residence or commercial property , Q1) Can the witness for the tenants and Landlord be the same person (e.g. the same property agent)? Q2) For Tenancy Agreement less than ONE YEAR, it's compulsory to be stamped? Q3) For Short hold Tenancy Agreement, it's mandatory to get witnesses for Landlord's and tenants when signing the agreement?
