Is it ok to pressure the property agent for more discount in addition to the discount offered by developer (maybe pressure the agent to offer their commission as additional discount to the buyer)? My thinking is that, if we as a buyer cannot get more discount from agent, might as well we directly liaise with the developer staff.

I know maybe my thinking is not fair to the property agent, but I heard of experienced buyer/investor would pressure the property agent for more discount, including the agent's commission.

Appreciate if you could offer your opinion on this. Thank you.
