Is it possible to ask the landlord to produce invoices of the repairs he claims are required after my tenancy? I am sure he is keeping much more money from my security deposit than is required, and some of the reasons he lists are simply false (e.g. claiming we installed a new door lock when we did not do so). Is there any way to combat this?
