Is there a way to terminate an Agreement of Purchase? I was keen on a subsale unit, mistake was; I had only checked the bank market value after agreeing to the price with the seller and paying the 3% deposit. Now that the bank has valued the house at a lower price, I am no longer interested in purchasing it. What is the best way to forfeit the agreement with minimal loss?
