Its about buying Sub Sale property.
My bank has made first disbursement on 9th January 2023. Its almost 2months now and I still can't get into Vacant Possession. Can any lawyer guide me through what are the process left and why is it takes so long?
Ps: last update from lawyer is waiting MOT notis form LHDN to do presentation
