I've cancelled my booking 24 hours after I made the house booking payment. I know my booking fee might be burn.. totally burn.. but.. do I have to write a letter to confirm my cancellation? I called the agent, she said, she haven't process any documents for loan. She will inform me if any payment return is possible. Do I still have to write any letter instead just cancelling through phone call?
