Let say I buy a house, share name with my wife.
Then we loan 200k.
After apply loan, can we offset the entire loan by using both our EPF account 2 balance (which total up will be more than 200k) to fully settle the loan. (provided the loan don't have lock in period. Or we wait until after lock in period. )
