Lets say I bought a under construction property at RM600k and S&P signed(10% deposit paid) in Nov 2018 but the developer launching their road show and offer lower selling price in Dec'18 and a rebate of 10% on RM600k, do I have a legal/any right to claim back the 10% deposit paid or rebates from the developer?
