May I know why is it the tenant needs to pay for the agency fees and to my knowledge this is only happening in Penang.
For a year of lease May I know what’s the agency commission will be?
May I check , the security deposit for 1 year lease isn’t it to be one month of rental ?
I have a feeling that most of the agents in Penang are crooks. Sorry to say that but this is the impression I have!
