Me and my 3 other brothers have a shoplot building with 2 seperate shoplots on the ground floor and 2 seprate residential units on the first floor. The land title is under our names but we have a separate agreement to detail how these 4 units are allocated to each of us.
Can we subdivide the shoplot so that 4 of us legally own each of the 4 units instead of sharing the ownership under 1 land title? Is it consider a strata title or somethig else?
