Me and my friend are trying to buy a property together. We've obtain loan from bank under my name, as the sole borrower and no chargor or co-borrower is involved. I'm trying to add my friend's name to the SPA but the bank does not allow it as we're not family related. What should I do in order to add her name to the property?
