My condo management deactivated my access card because of a RM5.75 interest that had not been paid within 3 months. Although I had since settled it, they will only reactivate the card with a RM50 fee. I have been dutifully paying my monthly Maintenance fees and feel the RM50 fee is a bit unfair .
