My condo management decided to change access card system. Resident needs to reapply for access. We have 3 person staying in the condo, occasionally my parents will be coming to stay with us, hence i applied for 5 access card but they rejected my request for applying 2 access card for my parents. They rejected it because my parents is not considered “live-in” resident as they claimed. Can they do that ?
