My neighbour moved into her completed condo unit in 2017. The following year, she was told to change out the name of the developer’s representative on the property tax bill, and she has been paying that tax in her own name ever since. To-date, she has yet to receive the strata title deed.
When will she receive that strata title deed? And will it be already perfected, with her name on it?
