My property is in selling process, it's waiting for snp signing this week. I got to know buyer loan was approved. But got call from agent that bank valuer will come for property inspection this week.
Wish to ask if I must allow this inspection,? What if I reject to hv the inspection, would I HV to responsible to any legal action? Thanks in advance.
