My Singapore Citizenship has been approved
I have an apartment that purchases using me and my mother's name. (joint loan)
The strata title is not yet released, since I need to transfer my 50% ownership to my mother. My lawyer provided a letter of nomination to the developer to transfer my 50% share.
I was told since I nominated my mother, once the strata title is out, the house owner ship will be 100% my mother's.
i need legal advice on this.
