My tenancy agreement has a clause stated that :IPSO FACTO if the rental be not paid after the date it becomes due and payable whether formally demand or not or upon any breach of any term & condition of this agreement on the part of the tenant,then it shall be lawful for the landlord to reenter the said premises & thereupon this tenancy agreement shall be absolutely determined.
With that clause can I break the lock & recover the premises in the presence of police officer?(without court order).
