My tenancy agreement is about to end, I wish to proceed with renewing my contract for another 10 months. There will be an increase in my rental fee. Is it normal for agency to request to pay for utilities fees and security card deposit again at an increased price? I thought I would only need to pay the difference for the utilities fees.
