My tenant complaint that they received TNB bill with account number and address being blocked. It is very inconvenient to trace the bills because there is no letter in this flat. All the TNB bills were put in the ground floor inside the decades broken letter boxes. Last few months, I can find the TNB bills with full address. Hope TNB can realise this new system bill is created new problem to us. TNB must revert back to the former system on all the TNB bills with full address and full account number.
