pls help n give advise on matter .. I owned a semi-D,fully settled n roughly on amount of 1M. I deadly in tight on cash n i thought i sell my property then problems wil sort .. but never thought till it has to take 9-12mths to the bank to get the money as my situation now ,.there its a buyer d stil waiting for bank approvement n has been a month:( i cant refinance as documents surpport not enough . so then, how ! now if i stil no cash i really cant survive as my carloan on 3mth, creditcards payments,yet then im now renting a place with non paid so i had tobe out by end month! wat others way to get cash frm the bank to withdraw cash for my assessment pay n living? pls advise n help
