Previously, my condo management will allow owners to vote in the AGM even if we have yet to finalise our strata title transfer. However, with the new condo management, even though all owings have been cleared, owners who have yet to finalise their strata title transfer are not allowed to vote.
Is that the law? Kindly advise. Thanks.
