Prior to taking VP of a condo, we received an acknowledgement from developers, informing a relocation of car park bay (with bay number unchanged) to an initial empty, unnumbered slot in SPA, reasoned with changes of riser with approval from approved authority. The new location positioned as such, effectively "L" which we find this layout of parking is not proper and not conventional. Developer expects us to sign the acknowledgement form for VP issuance. Can we challenge this ?
