Purchased an auction house but have trouble getting the strata title transfer. What should I do?
The developer refuse to transfer the name to me as they said transferring has to be done by the previous owner to me. But, it’s an auction, so of course previous owner cannot be found anymore. In this case, can the auction bank act on behalf of the previous owner since the hold the property and auction? What are the options available? Please help. Thanks
