Recently I get to know that my condo were stayed by 6 person which initially my agent told me were 3 of them. Ive clarify with the tenant and they had inform agent about this before renting. Is this consider criminal breach of trust? The agent keep ignoring me and not answering my call. What action i can take against this unresponsible agent?
