Strata Certificate Issuance.
The original Certificate is yet to receive from Seller/developer though the Bank Loan is 100%
Completed.
Lately Developer only issued the copy of the strata Cert pending additional sum of cash payment to Developer's Lawyer in order to receive the original strata Certificate.
Question again ask , why additional cost for buyer to get the certificate.
My property is Nilam Puri Condominium, Bkt PUCHONG 2.
