Dear Sirs/Ladies,
My 2 brothers and I succeeded a terrace house from our father (tenant-in-common?). Now we decided to transfer the ownerships to one of our nephews, may I know how should we proceed if one of the owner of the property is no longer a Malaysian (I have recently converted from a Malaysian to a Singaporean). Is there any way that we can settle the ownership of the property? How long will it take to transfer under the circumstances?
