Tropicana Gardens - is this property overpriced @RM1,200 per sq ft? I am thinking in current market, will there be any buyers esp 1000sqft, the price is like RM1,2mil. Also what is the upside in 3 years from now? RM1,300 per sq ft? Looks like a failure waiting to happen? Am thinking of investing but maybe too late?
