Water seepage from common pipes leakage drips into my unit causing my kitchen cabinet to swell n crack. MO has repaired n stopped the leak after 2 weeks. Refused to issue form 28 quoting not applicable for common property leakage. They also rejected my claim to replace my damaged kitchen cabinet. Is this a case to COB or tribunal?
