We bought a gated landed house, when asked about the maintanance fee they (developer) proposed X amount according to build up area, the s&p signed on the lage were empty (no details were put) later when we want to move in they (management that the developer appoint) change the share calculation based on the land size which is more than half the X amount. What are my right as a buyer regarding this issue. Even if we go through AGM, my voice would not be heard as I am a minor vote.
