We have a family property under 4 names in the S&P. If one of the owners passed on, what is the process of transferring the ownership to another person? Does it automatically go to the nominee or refers to the will (if any), or the share splits between the remaining 3 owners? Must all the owners agree if one of the owner wants to change the nominated person? Appreciate your advise. Thanks.
