We turn down to proceed sign the agreement after find out the tenants is going to have 8 dogs moving in together in our house. Letter offer hv signed and 1 months deposit is collected by the agency. Owner didn't received any payment yet. Instead of just refund back the month deposit to the tenant to settle case, But now the agency say will send us (owner) a letter & need owner to compensate for rm800 due the cancellation. We are not agreed on it. What should we do next?
