What are the options that I have if the kid above my unit is making noise like running, stomping on the floor, dragging chair even at midnight until 2-3am in the morning? I called the security and complained to management but the unit above said it was nothing and normal for kid to make noise. I even asked the security to come into my unit to listen to the noise and he acknowledged he heard it too. The unit above was recently rented out and i even contacted the house owner to complain about his tenant but the owner just ignored me. Thanks!
