What happened when I had signed SNP and developer started to ask for payment of certain stage completion but I am still yet to sign the LO(LO has just been offered) ? Developer had stated interest of 10% if no payment by due date. As spoken to banker, after signing the LO, it may take abt 2 months time for the first disbursement. Will i be penalised, am i suppose to suffer it?
