What is your advice on the action that I need to persue with the developer and/or COB, it has been one year since the delivery of our first VP (12/11/2020) for my apartment unit in Presint 16, Putrajaya, unfortunately the developer has yet to convene our first AGM of the JMB. FYI The book of strata register is yet to be opened. Tqvm
