What to do if buying a house of deceased owner?
I'm interested in buying a subsale landed property in Cheras, but the owner who listed the property just passed away without a will. His family is agreeable to selling the house. What is the process of buying such a house and how long will it take? Say i proceed to sign booking, any clause to refund deposit if ownership of the house not settled? And will it affect the time given to sign s&p? Thanks
