Where does it states that JMB , when changing of access cards has the rights to impose a limit of 2 excess cars for all units types , be it studios to 4 bedroom unit.....originally developer gave 2 excess cars for studio n 4 excess cards for 4 bedroom unit. For extra cards require we have to pay for it.
