Which land particulars should I ask for in the land search?
As per my S&P agreement with the developer the master land title is XXX
but recently I came to know that the developer did not pay the quit for last 5 years.
On checking the land Office notice I noted the land title is different from the one I signed for. This indicated the land has been subdivided. So do I have to do 2 land search or how?
