Who's responsible? I got my home loan agreement stating that it will disburse by the 14th August. But then i did not receive my payment. When I check with my lawyer, they found out that the disb officer in charge is admitted to hospital. Due to that reason my loan was not disbursed and now I'm being charge interest for late payment. Do I need to bare the interest?
