Why is aircond pipe of the upper floor connects until the below floor of a condo? And when there's leakage causing to the damage on the below floor, who is responsible for the damage? The below floor had file complaint to the building management for over a year but no action was taken and did not liaise with the upper floor for investigation and thus the water leakage has now caused a serious damage to the below floor.
