Kota Masai is a freehold mixed development located at Pasir Gudang, Johor. The mixed development consists of residential, commercial and industrial building. This project was developed by this developer name Focal Aims Holdings Bhd which now have renamed as Eco World Development Group Berhad. Eco World Development is a public listed Malaysian company involved mainly in property development. Focal Aims Holdings (the developers) has more than 30 years of experience with developing properties and aspires to be one of the leading developers in Malaysia. Also, the group has previous experience with developing townships most notable of which is the Saujana O-Lot sited in Klang Valley which is a gated and guarded low density development with an emphasis on exclusivity, nature and an innovative lifestyle concept.
