PPR Gombak Setia is a leasehold apartment located at Gombak Setia, Setapak. This project was developed by Program Perumahan Rakyat (PPR) which is a drastic action taken by the Malaysian government to address the shortage of housing and squatter through the National Economic Action Council (MTEN). The Election Committee found that 10,159 residents were eligible for PPR homes. 4,013 people are eligible for conditional rent payments for more than three months while the remaining 278 applications are still pending.
